I had an outstanding experience at Hawai’i Island Community Health Center in Pahoa! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the center itself is clean and well-organized. Dr. Webster truly stands out—he is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen and address concerns thoroughly. He made me feel cared for and respected, and his attention to detail ensured I received the best possible care. I highly recommend this health center and Dr. Webster for anyone searching for professional, friendly, and reliable medical services in the area!
Dr. Webster is excellent if you can actually get to see him but it is very hard to get appointments. For scheduling, you get put on long holds and then a teleprompter tells you to leave a message and then no one calls back. The back log to get an annual physical is months long. This is an ongoing problem for which management is responsible but does not seem to be solving the problem.
Excellent clinic all around. Serenity Chambers is an amazing therapist, the doctors and especially the lady doctor (Dr. Gaga) are top tier. So grateful to have this clinic in our town
