If I could give this zero stars I would. I made an appointment confirmed with text and when I walked in she had no idea what I was doing at her business. I was told that I could not do mani pedi but she could do a pedicure. No big deal, I went to pick polish and sit in chair as instructed. This is where I sat for 30 minutes after my appointment time without a word from her. If she had ran water to soak feet or any acknowledgment that she would be later would have made all the difference. Between her attitude and the poor customer service I packed up and walked out still with no word from her...

We took my daughter here to get mani and pedi during our vacation back in September. I agreed with previous poster that the business is not Covid safe and if this is important to you, consider going to another business. That said, my negative rating is because after paying $100 + tips, the nail polish started chipping LESS THAN a week after the service. What a waste of money.

This business is not COVID safe. I was shocked to find that the owner (who claims a medical exemption) does not wear a mask. And from the views she shared, it is pretty clear she is not vaccinated. In addition, she leaves it up to her clients wether or not to wear a mask in her (small, enclosed) salon. Most were not wearing masks.This disregard for the health of the community, as well as for the law, is disturbing, to say the least. If I had known in advance, I never would have set foot in here.
