My husband and I popped in yesterday after some great adventures that left our feet sore and aching. Hoping for a pedicure I picked up a card and was told to text in the morning for an appointment. So I did.... and received a text back saying that there were no morning appointments but availability at 2. Even though that wasn't the most convenient time for us, I thought it would be a great way to end our stay and rejuvenate for the flight home. At 1:30, while my husband and I were in the car in the way to our appointment I received a text saying, "sorry, I got busy, can only take 1." I called to inquire, and she said "oh sorry, it's just me working," & couldn't even offer the 1 appointment in her text. I don't understand that? If it's just you working then why offer the appointment? If she had just declined we would have planned our day differently. When I shared that frustration she simply said, "oh probably not the best decision to schedule your day around me." So I encourage you all, aching feet or not, just walk on by this place, because it's "probably not a good idea" to count on her.
