Amazing massage. My legs were tight and sore from hiking. My therapist Wanda was able to work out all of the knots and tight spots. The sauna afterwards was the perfect way to further relax.
I had such a wonderful experience at Bamford Wellness Spa in Kauai. I was there celebrating a spa day with a bride and also enjoyed a birthday massage, and it truly made the day extra special. My masseuse, Precious, was absolutely amazing—so attentive, professional, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
The dry spa and the entire spa area were beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect place to celebrate and treat myself. I would highly recommend Bamford Wellness Spa, and if you can request Precious, you will be in great hands! 🌺
