Called ahead to confirm that my teenager could get a piercing, but didnt make an appointment. Got there and had ample parking. We walked in, small seating area with lots of piercings to look at and see whats your interest. Sandy looked at my sons ears and got setup in 2min. The whole procedure took no more than 10min for both lobes. Payment was cash or venmo. She was quick, professional, and informative. Gave us soap to keep the piercing clean. Gave him the plastic earrings (since hes an athlete) to keep the piercing open if his coach makes him take out his earrings to put on a helmet. Chatted for a couple minutes and we were out the door. This is the best experience I’ve had at a piercing establishment, in my thirty five years of life. I’ve been in several. I honestly felt like I was walking into my best friends house, or moms shop. It had a cute, quaint, safe, and serene feel. Loved the family business atmosphere. Sandy really takes the cake for me though. She has a glow about her, and she really cares for her customer. I came in just looking for a new septum ring for an existing piercing, and walked out with two more piercings in my ears, and my original earrings replaced, and a new septum ring.
