Our handmade, Brazilian, needlepoint rug came back looking brighter than ever. They came to pick up and drop off the huge area rug and runner. Delightful, knowledgable, considerate... we are beyond satisfied. My 91-year-old mother says, it's never looked so good!

Only tried them for two area rugs, 5 feet by 8 feet. They did a good job, although one was not quite finished when I picked them up. Seem to be a conscientious concern who know their rugs. I will probably try them on some of our larger rugs in the near future.
