After the initial email, we went back and forth so he could diagnose the root problem with the notebook overheating - replacing the fan. He ordered the parts (without asking for payment) and called us when they arrived. We got to his place at 9:00, went for a hike and stopped for lunch. He called to say he replaced the fan and was running the notebook to check the fan. We picked it up about 1:00. It has been working fine. Oliver was great to work with and we highly recommend him. Breeze computers is the best place on Maui, in my view, to fix your PC. Oliver was always available for any questions or concerns I had and he was able to identify the hard drive problem in my PC and fixed it right away. He was also very accommodating of my busy schedule, which, coming from Hana, is a huge plus. Highly recommend his service!
