I don't know about any MEAN LADY but I do know the lady who manages the place and if she is mean to you then you Deserve it. And have been either told of your mistakes and continue to make them or you were rude to her or her staff who do not deserve any foolishness or rude behavior from anyone. And if she is firm on the rules it's because she let ppl go and do whatever they like the place would be A MAD HOUSE . When a family of ppl come in and try take over and pushing things aside to do as they like you must be assertive in your position and take care of business. Aloha. My dryer broke and I'm so glad that Dragon Laundry allows you to dry only and not have to wash and dry. It's great that Ocean View has this laundry service.Aunty was very friendly and helpful for my first time there. New machines and very clean.Will visit again, and will recommend to others.

So awesome to be there. So grateful for that little old lady, she is firm and follows guidelines. If it wasn't for her that place would be over run by idiots that think they know better. Plus too its the cleanest laundromat in Hawaii. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there. If the staff is rude it is probably because the customers are rude, no doubt!
