The owner and staff here are so great and helpful.
Having no experience with how things work here and arriving with four loads of laundry at a very busy time, they helped me navigate the machines, and explained how the flow works, and basically made sure I was a happy customer all along the way. Friendly, cheerful, and eager to help, I highly recommend Dragon Laundry. They have full service, too, if you need it. 🤩
Dragon Laundry is a wonderful place to do laundry. New machines and extremely clean. The manager and her assistant were kind, patient and so helpful to me. I was doing laundry for my daughter and was unfamiliar with machines. I am especially grateful to the manager for her kindness! The spirit of aloha is very prevalent at Dragon Laundry! Much Aloha. I don't know about any MEAN LADY but I do know the lady who manages the place and if she is mean to you then you Deserve it. And have been either told of your mistakes and continue to make them or you were rude to her or her staff who do not deserve any foolishness or rude behavior from anyone.
And if she is firm on the rules it's because she let ppl go and do whatever they like the place would be A MAD HOUSE . When a family of ppl come in and try take over and pushing things aside to do as they like you must be assertive in your position and take care of business.
I thank her for keeping the place so well maintained and running like a w well oiled machine.
