I was gifted a big heavy dirty carpet that didn’t show the real colors anymore. I almost wanted to get rid of it.I contemplated. I couldn’t do it myself.I asked Jens Carpet Cleaning.She did an amazing job. The carpet showed its golden colors and the result was amazing. She worked it hard but also as if she was a fairy. Non intrusive at all. Not only that; she is one of those very rare jewels on earth; I really like her. The first foto is the dirty one. Second photo is halfway. Third and forth are clean. We are new to the big island and needed our carpet deep cleaned, deodorized due to husband’s allergies and need to be on the floor/carpet for his daily exercises and stretching regimen.Jen was prompt, honest and professional with all of her interactions with us.
