I saw Jen’s van driving around Hilo and quickly took down her number/website. What had me from the beginning was the range of services she offered. I just needed my carpet cleaned but decided to do upholstery and tile and grout cleaning as well and I am stoked with the results.
After filling out the request for quote thing, Jen contacted me the next day and came over to get some measurements and talk about what I wanted. I procrastinated and decided to do this right before guests came over but she was able to do it within a week of my accepting her estimate.

The service was friendly and very professional. The carpet in my apartment needed a lot of work because the previous tenants didn’t have the carpet cleaned. So she did an excellent job getting rid of the dirt from the previous tenants and it looks great.
