My Prius needed to be towed from Mililani to the Servco Service in Waipahu. Tow truck arrived within 10-15 minutes of our call. The technician first tried to jump start the battery, which did not work. Within a few minutes he hooked up the car to the tow truck and zipped down the road to Servco. Both the tech and dispatcher were knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. Excellent and smooth service. Mahalo!

Recently they helped my brother towed his car from red hill to Kapolei in less than an hour while other towing company like Aloha Towing took them over an hour to call him just to let him know that it will take them another 2 hours to get there. That prompted me to call Hi Performance Towing and got there in less than an hour with an excellent service from both dispatcher and the driver.
