“I had such a positive experience at Ke Ola Pets. The quality of care, attention to detail, and genuine compassion I received, especially from Dr. Yap, was truly exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, and I always felt like my pet’s well-being was their priority.
I do think some of the negative reviews may ultimately come from a place of how much people care about their animals, especially when they’re dealing with something stressful or emotional. That said, based on my own experience, the care I received at Ke Ola was leaps and bounds better than my experiences at other clinics on the island.
Veterinary care is expensive pretty much everywhere, and unfortunately that’s just part of having a pet. What stood out to me about Ke Ola was that they clearly care about the animals they treat and will genuinely try to help you wherever they can. I never felt like my pet was just another appointment or a number.
I’m very grateful for the care and attention we received and would absolutely recommend Ke Ola Pets to other pet owners.”
