This hospital is one of the best hospital hands down in Hawaii .The administration, healthcare professionals and housekeeping are intuitive, interactive and professional. Patient care, intentional quality and precise attention to infection control and safety is the upmost priority at this facility. If I had a family member or close friend I would highly recommend to anyone on LANAI or visiting, you are in safe and loving hands.
I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about. Dr. Haddad and the nurse on duty Caressa took amazing care of me. I went in thinking I had an infected spider bite, only to find out that I had an abscess. The pain was so intense that the slightest touch would nearly bring me to my knees. The Doc came in late from home and did amazing work on me. IV, pain medication, numbed it, and did everything in his power to calm me down during the procedure while the beautiful nurse held my hand. They kept telling me to breathe and calm down and were extremely supportive. It probably could've been compared to giving birth. Nevertheless, we got through it. Then they referred...read full review
