Beautiful resort set in the midst of stunning views. Despite some big service issues, the breakfast staff Amee and others were fantastic and really looked after us. The hotel general manager Melissa was very understanding and extremely professional. The food is a little restricted for vegetarians but there are options if you ask the staff enough. The property is beautiful and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. They have a buggy service going from the pool / beach as it’s a steep walk downhill. There’s also an on-demand shuttle service to the nearby bays.
Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. We had a spa day and it was perfect. They allowed us to come in early to change and got an amazing massage. It was followed up by relaxing in the spa, using the sauna and steam room. We finished it off with a fresh shower and using all of the creams and items they had. Highly recommend.
Just enjoyed a terrific facial with Rebecca at the Spa at The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. The facility is very nice with a spacious locker room, wet facilities and two lovely relaxation lounges. Rebecca’s expertise and kindness was above and beyond my expectations, the best facial I have ever received!
