Wish I had come here for reviews first. RUDEST spa experience ever!! Their booking pages and confirmation emails do not provide appropriate or necessary information, and their staff is incredibly rude. DO NOT go there. Went and then canceled my appointment based on their staff.
We booked day of .. got there and male only massages.. I’m not letting a man touch me or my wife .. they charged my card anyways .. we didn’t get a massage .. they don’t care about the guests at Hyatt . NEVER GO TO THIS
PLACE
It's our first time in Maui, and we came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect -- the staff are so kind, and the hotel is spotless and beautiful. Even though we don't check out until Thursday, I wanted to write this review early because everything so far has been absolutely wonderful. The pool, the room, breakfast, and even the snacks -- everything has exceeded our expectations. We've had such a joyful and relaxing time just staying within the resort!
