Wow, what great service! A definite 10/10. I called and had a repairman looking at a refrigerator within 2 hours. I received texts informing me of the time, when the repairman was on his way, and follow up. They really do go all out to make sure you are in constant contact, using up to date technology. The lady organizing everything was straightforward, friendly and very easy to talk to. Jay the repairman walked in and found the problem straight away, had the part ordered and was advising me to book in for the following week so he could do the repair. He was professional, friendly and knew his way around a refrigerator! I was blown away by Malama and their professionalism. Unusual on Maui and so refreshing. I will definitely be using them for all my future appliance repairs. Mahalo Malama!
Jay is a pleasure to work with. He’ s honest, reliable, & knowledgeable. We couldn’t get to Maui, & our maintenance people at our condo told me the motor on our dryer was dead, so I proceeded to order a new one. But the one avaible was too tall & we had vacationers coming. Luckily I called Jay, & our motor wasn’t dead. Two parts were broken.
& Jay had both of the parts on his truck. Jay. Called me immediately to let me know he solved the problem.
