This is the most unethical and worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life. They bait and switched us saying we can return extras and then refused to take them. Then they had zero dignity or honor and offered "store credit". As if I would want to be a customer with such terrible customer service.Here's the course of events:1. I was having problems with a bamboo shade and was going to the store I bought these from in Lahaina but they changed hands a couple of years ago and just not the same service as before the shop was sold. I thought I would try Lei Floors in Lahaina and what a great experience. They're service tech asked a few questions, took me to a display to identify the parts and "bam" gave me small bag of parts, explained how to make the repair and sent me out the door "no charge", can it get any better, wow!!

The luxury vinyl plank floors that Lei Floor installed in our Kihei condo look amazing. These floors are also so nice and comfortably warm to walk on barefoot compared to tile. The Lei Floor teams were great: they removed the existing kitchen tiles without creating much dust and did an excellent and fast job at the installation. We really appreciated that Trish came at the end to make sure everything was done to our liking, and she provided topnotch customer service. With a keen eye for details and aesthetics, she made sure that all the finishing touches were perfect. A big thanks to Trish and to the Lei Floor team. We'd highly recommend them.
