He had a great tool, Matterport, which allowed them to see their unit as it stood before the project. Eric gave them the estimate and the project came in as expected, even with some unexpected issues that were uncovered during the remodel. Eric was well versed in the paperwork and process steps required from their management company to make the project run smoothly. He kept them informed during the whole project. Keeping them informed was a challenge because they lived on The Mainland. He also made very good suggestions if they didn’t quite know what was best for the project.
