Kihei's best kept secret! Johanna's Oceanfront Yoga classes are an amazing way to start the day - truly a meditation in motion. The practice is suitable for all levels, and always customized to the participants. Practice while you look out at the Pacific Ocean, and your ujai breathing is echoed by the sound of the rolling surf. Sometimes, we see sea turtles; occasionally, we see dolphins; in the wintertime, we often see humpback whales! Take your pick: sun or shade, or maybe a little of both (my favorite)!
