This is one of my favorite golf courses on the planet. The course itself is pristine, and the views from every hole are absolutely amazing. The weather is usually perfect too. Everything is very well maintained and absolutely stunning. There is a large driving range and putting green to warm up and practice. The course is challenging with some very long holes. Some of the Par 3’s are fairly tricky too. The club house is also is great condition and I love the Pro Shop. They have so many different options of clothing, hats and accessories. The facility and course are very well managed and run as they are extremely organized. I’ve organized a golf day for my work here...read full review
The Gold course is everything you would want it to be. Absolutely immaculate course with amazing views. The facility is quite posh, but the staff are A+.You really have to focus on shot placement. A lot of well placed sand traps and unpredictable greens make the course an honest challenge. This course is a must if you are staying anywhere on Maui!
Pretty course and it was in pretty good shape when we played recently. Having said that, the greens were painfully slow and not what I would expect for a place with this kind of reputation and pricing. I debated going to 3 stars because the greens were so slow it actaully detracted from the round, but overall it's a good layout, the fairways were nice, and the greens weren't in bad shape, just way too slow. I'd play it again despite my disappointment in my first round here. If I was on Maui and had to play one course through, it would be Kapalua Plantation over this.
