Called Coldtech on a Monday because of a bad motor on my brand new ice machine. Coldtech was able to overnight the part I needed and get it changed out before the weekend. The Owner was very professional and fast in responding. Jason was the technician that came out to changed out the faulty part for the new one. The technician was very friendly and gave great advice on how to maintain my machine. Overall my experience with Coldtech was A+, I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. We had a cooler full of flowers that was getting warmer by the minute. Called Coldtech thinking there was no way they could get someone out quickly, but in a couple of hours they had it fixed! The tech was friendly, polite, and worked magic on our cooler. Highly recommend this company.
