“Building a home started very stressful for me. There are so many options, lingo that I don't understand, permits that I don't know how or where to get, different people to deal with for different parts of a new build. I needed help narrowing down all the options. I wish I remembered the website that I found listing a bunch of contractors but from that website, I started googling these companies. I also asked around through friends and family and neighbors, etc. Robert decoito responded the next day and we chatted for awhile of what I wanted and he made recommendations to write down of who to call and even had some of the telephone numbers memorized!! He suggested certain materials that he would weather well for the area I was building on. Oh, I won't go I to detail but I had some call backs that were not helpful, not suggestive, and could not give me rough estimates like Robert did so that is my reason for this review. I didn't even know they had a Yelp and came across it today so I want to say, I am so pleased with hiring RAD builders. Thank you so much for working with me!!!“
