“I called Jess on Monday to repair a leak that has been ongoing since Tropical Storm Hone. He responded right away and set up an appointment for Wednesday. He could hear in my voice that I was a bit panicked to have to wait until Wednesday because we were having heavy rains again so he said he’ll send his crew after lunch today to repair the leak. In the meantime, my husband who is a handyman came home unusually early and decided to fix the leak. My husband is out troubleshooting repairs for his handyman business from early morning until late evenings that’s why I called Jess at Hilo Roofing Crew to see if he could do the repair today knowing that my husband wouldn’t get to it until this weekend. When Jess’ crew arrived as promised, the guys were willing to help my husband who was on the roof. They said they have excellent supplies to repair the leak.
