Gutter Services near Keaau picked by BestProsInTown
“Love the gutters. Love the price. Love the fact that they showed up on the day they said they would and did the job in one day. Their quote was so much cheaper than the other companies I was actually going to call them and ask them if they knew I wanted both sides of my house done. They did both. And fixed an issue I had for free. Save your $$$ and get a good job done.”
“Brian and his team are outstanding. They installed my roof and gutters two years ago, and everything still looks brand new. Recently, I experienced an issue with one of the gutters, and Brian personally came out to assess it. He replaced the entire gutter at no charge.
That level of accountability speaks volumes about Brian’s character and how he runs his company. Too often with many businesses, once the job is completed and paid for, the accountability disappears. That is absolutely not the case with Yama Roofing. You can be confident that you are working with honest professionals who operate with integrity. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.”
“I called Jess on Monday to repair a leak that has been ongoing since Tropical Storm Hone. He responded right away and set up an appointment for Wednesday. He could hear in my voice that I was a bit panicked to have to wait until Wednesday because we were having heavy rains again so he said he’ll send his crew after lunch today to repair the leak. In the meantime, my husband who is a handyman came home unusually early and decided to fix the leak. My husband is out troubleshooting repairs for his handyman business from early morning until late evenings that’s why I called Jess at Hilo Roofing Crew to see if he could do the repair today knowing that my husband wouldn’t get to it until this weekend. When Jess’ crew arrived as promised, the guys were willing to help my husband who was on the roof. They said they have excellent supplies to repair the leak. My husband thanked them for their offer and said he had his supplies. I felt so bad that the Hilo Roofing Crew came. My husband left a message to cancel but the communication did not get to them in time. Thank you so much Jess and Crew. Again, we apologize for sending your crew. You have an excellent company if we could give you more than 5 stars we would. Your quote was so reasonable and you listened and was very accommodating.”
