The chiropractor even came out to greet me personally and walk me back to the office. We talked through my concerns, and then I received my first adjustment in decades. I couldn’t believe how quickly my hip started moving without pain—I walked out straight instead of bent over and twisted. It felt like a miracle.

I was in pain, but it reduced so incredibly that I requested to come again the next day. Today, I saw the other chiropractor, and again I was blown away. It’s amazing to meet healers who can see what’s happening in your body with such accuracy. I had no idea how misaligned my upper back was until they assessed it. I’ve had a hip that wouldn’t let me rotate in one direction for so long, and this morning was the first time I could move it the other way without pain. My ʻumi can now go full circle!
