I have never had any problems here, quite the opposite, everyone is friendly and kind. And I love my PCM, she is very attentive, always speaks calmly and listens to you patiently and takes notes of everything. Wonderful and professional.

This place is hit or miss… the real problem is their communication process… years ago all of the MTFs got rid of their phones so there’s absolutely no way to directly call the clinic which is really inconvenient for a lot of reasons.I had been told over and over to use the secure messaging on the portal to speak with my doctor but it always seemed like the nurses were putting up red tape by never relaying my messages to him. It took me finally getting mad with the lack of communication to have a head nurse call and get me scheduled to see my doctor and when I spoke to him he said he was completely unaware of my symptoms that I sent the nurses messages about!Not... read full review

So, if you live in kapolei or ewa and need to take your dependents to a medical home, this is my favorite. I am stationed on Scofield, but I live in Kapolei, and I have tried multiple. This one is my favorite and the most convenient.
