Great experience. Had a weather delay and scheduling change but all changes were communicated in a timely manner. They kept me informed of the progress and when we ran into issues during the reroof, some repairs were started without coordination. However, this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction and job was completed. Great experience, especially being off island when repairs were completed and will use Skyta for any future needs. I have had the BEST experience with Skyta from day one, when their salesperson Ahmad came to my house and spent a lot of time with me detailing out the options. I wound up using Skyta for my residence and my rental property, and every aspect of of my experience with Skyta has been "A+". Ahmad was there for me every step of the way with clear instructions and explanations, and once we moved into the construction phase of the two projects, I got excellent customer service from Matt, Kate, Lachelle and Brock. I was fortunate to have this company recommended to me. It is a local company that I used to install some solar panels and a battery. They are not a cookie cutter company that wants you to do it their way. Skyta listened to what I wanted and customized the installation to fit my needs and my wants. They handled the paperwork efficiently and kept me informed all the way and when I had a question they always responded within a day. Iris was my project manager and if I had any questions she always made sure I got it answered. I want to also give a shout-out to Zach as he scoped the project made sure the workers did their jobs and followed up with any concerns and questions.
