At the end of each session, she downloads the exercises, prints the pictures for me with the explanation and makes sure I understand the target points we are working on to get me better! I mainly chose this place because of the receptionist I spoke with over the phone, “J”. She was so friendly and professional over the phone, and I could even hear her smile through the phone when she was talking.
She’s wonderful! The wonderful continues with everyone working there. I go to the Waimalu location because it’s most convenient for me. I’m sure the Kaimuki location is just as wonderful because the therapists sometimes alternate locations. The Physical Therapists and their Assistant are so supportive and patient. They are seriously enough, yet throw in just enough humor to make you want to continue going for your appointments! ?“
