“I’ve visited Movement Plus for both physical therapy and massage therapy. I’ve recovered well from my injury so I’ve only been utilizing the massage therapy services lately. The massage therapists are great! I see Kaitlin consistently and she is always professional and responsive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and often explains what muscle groups she is targeting so that I can refer to them later on if I experience pain in those areas between treatments. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Kaitlin if she is available.“

“I've been going to OSR on and off for almost 2 years. And the service starts at the door! The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming! The physical therapist are friendly, patient, encouraging, and they make each session fun! Shout out to the GOAT Bryson for making me laugh and hate him while I work out and to Mona for being my unpaid therapist and listening to me whine about work while I'm stretching something. Last shout out to Fairly for being one of the OGs and taking great care of me when I was pregnant with my son! I love OSR!
