Pros: - Great communication. One of the first people to reach out to me after messaging 8 other detailers for service. Staff were super friendly and quick to respond to email and text. They were transparent with what could be done and gave a fair price. They also took time to call and ask if I still wanted to replace an engine filter that was still clean. - Very quick service! I was able to pick everything up the following day. - Exterior was done perfectly. Given the poor condition that my RAV4 was in, I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Under the hood was very clean as well. - Payment portal was easy to use.
Would give 10 star review if I could! We had fumigated our car to deal with an ant infestation, and we needed to get all of the dead ants cleaned out. This was a tough job and Killer Queen went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great work and exceptional customer service! They’ve treated my beaten down 2004 Camry w so much care, there was a huge transformation! Came back w a new car over a year later, and received the same wonderful service. Very responsive and reputable business! Happy to support local, mahalo Josh n the team =)
