Went here when I was 18. Told me I needed 11 root canals and had 8 cavities. Was too young to know any better to get a second opinion. Now 24 and two failed root canals later, I realize it could have been dental fraud and now have to live with worse teeth than I had before. Additionally, after one of my appointments, dentist accidentally cut the side of my mouth when removing one of the tools. Don’t recommend.

Very disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time (really ridiculous especially since they charge $75 if you miss an appointment). Why is their time more valuable than mine? They did not listen to my reasons for the visit. I specifically requested an appointment to discuss veneers or how to improve the appearance of my aging teeth. I left with a unnecessary lecture on brushing/flossing and a new toothbrush. They appear to be in their own world and seem bored with what they do.

My last few visits have seen a decline in service there and in my last visit I was made to wait 40 mins, this after rescheduling from that same day. I was disappointed that despite knowing they were running late, they didn't have the consideration to call me and let me know of their delay so I would have to sit in their waiting room 40 mins before I had to go back to work-without even been seen! Disappointing experience, time to connect with another dentist that has scheduling better worked-out.
