This place offers ONE car wash only ,the WORKS for $20.00 twice as much as a car wash cost in the Bay Area. My main complaint was you are NOT allowed to back into a stall to vacuum.My Chevy cargo van is too long for the hose to reach, so the FREE complimentary vac was useless for me. Black Betty came out looking crispy & clean back on the scene like a love machine

Customer service is truly reflected in the responses to those customers that were not pleased with the service.One upset customer got three free car washes!Mahalo for the great customer service extended to those who expect 100% perfection and complain when it's anything minutely less.Their gripe sucked more than the vacuums ever could!

I've seen many of these come and go over the years - this one is amazing.? And initially you can tell - it's gonna be here a long as it has no equal., Simply amazing. I know the owner too and he is a great guy. Great guy! Gives back to the community & represents the culture here in Hawaii with pure Aloha. The employees are always super kind & gracious. And the place is perfect. Not a hair out of place - a very highly clean and effective car wash. The maintenance & upkeep is fantastic. The area is squared away to the max. My only complaint is that you can't make a left-hand turn out of the gas station exit, so you got make an illegal U-turn when there's no one looking if you wanna go westbound. I'd appreciate it if nobody else did that. That way I can keep getting away with it. Otherwise, the PoPo may begin to notice & next thing you know we will have a gaming room in the area (wink wink).... Lastly unlike the car washes downtown behind Ala Moana Mall (Tokyo Mall) you remain in your vehicle the whole time that way no one is going thru your car robbing you blind as you try to watch your vehicle whilst avoiding pickpockets posing as car wash dudes.
