1st timer. Kendria was kind and very welcoming! She talked about each step she would work on. Very informative. She was easy to chat with! Kendra is so Politel, makes you feel welcome. She has a warm personality. I went in for a full face wax and underarm wax. For me personally waxing did hurt (I mean why wouldn't it hurt, your pulling hair out duh) but Kendras after care and general care made my experience GREAT!
