There is a barely 30-year old hapa lady who is not welcoming at all. I've been going there for a simple cut because that's all I need for a few years now. Not everyone "needs" a cut, style and blowout, you are supercuts, not supersalon. The saving grace is the other stylists that are fabulous.

Friday, 4/21/23 9:30 am. What a pleasant experience, especially with current staffing shortages in all industries.This tiny little shop in Kaneohe is tucked away between some bigger and more iconic businesses (Teddy's Bigger Burger, Pet Mart, Walgreens, Jamba Juice, & Starbucks). But if you are looking for a GEM in the hair care business this shop is a must try.Manager Deja and her staff do an excellent job in providing customers with Top Notched Customer service. Although parking may at times be challenging, you will enjoy the friendly staff, the professionalism, expertise, and clean spacious stations and waiting area.

I went to get a partial highlight for my hair and the stylist barely spoke English, but the other stylist helped communicate and I decided to go forth with my partial highlights. Well she did the highlights, but I needed a toner too. My fault wasn't asking how much more the toner would be. This stylist charged my $60 for the toner and $90 for the partial highlights. I feel ripped off and she barely blow dried or styled my hair at all. I left the salon with wet hair so I couldn't really see my highlights. For $150 you would think they would blow dry my hair completely. Never again... how can toner be $60 when the price starts at $25?
