It was wonderful that Nathaniel was able to do our inspection with just a few days notice! He did an excellent thorough job reviewing and checking a wide range of items, from mini blinds to air-conditioning in a 2 bedroom/2 bath high-rise condo. He provided a detailed report with photos, videos and even infrared lighting photos to show temperature of appliances' functionality. Though we are out of state he meet with our realtor to go over items in details. We were extremely grateful for him finding, and reporting on, water damage and water intrusion found in an unlikely area. Nathaniel did an outstanding job with the inspection of the house we made an offer on. He was very thorough, and we were all impressed with the succinct, yet detailed report, including pictures. The house looked great to our realtor and us, but there was a noticeable smell of mold in the downstairs. It turns out that there are some major mold and drainage issues going on, which we were told that the sellers were not aware of (I doubt that, as the smell of mold was VERY strong). Nathaniel is, by far, in my opinion, the best home inspector on Oahu. He has consistently held that reputation for many years. He's detailed, professional, and extremely easy to work with, by far a top choice over and over again.
