I have used Pohai Nani's respite care services for my husband 3 times now and have been impressed and pleased each and every time. When I have to go on trips, I need to feel like my husband is somewhere safe and that he is being well taken cared for. Pohai Nani fills that bill. Rob Chin and his staff are attentive, professional, caring and compassionate. Because my husband is largely independent in his cares, he stays in a studio apartment with his own bathroom, kitchenette, television, couch and bed. He also has free use of a washer and dryer. My Mom has had several respite stays at Pohai Nani. When I pick her up, she always asks if she can return again next time. She enjoys the various activities that are offered such as exercise classes, cooking classes, arts & crafts, movie matinees and entertainment. She's also thankful for the beautiful mountain views from her room. Everyone there is very welcoming.
