Her vibe is warm and welcoming and she is the best at what she doesn't. Period. Erika was the first person to introduce me to "sugaring" which is a much more enjoyable form of hair removal in my opinion and when my hair does grown back, it's not ass itchy or uncomfortable compared to traditional hard wax in my experience.
