Love this salon! Gracie is the best super professional and does an amazing job. Front desk staff is always on it by helping me to make my appointments and calling with reminders. Definitely check them out and you too will become a loyal customer like me.
I’m in my 40’s and have only have acrylics on my nails a few times in my life, even though I have always wanted them. The reason is because every single time, when at other businesses, they cut and burn my cuticles with the drill bits sanding down on me. It seems like they are rushing and don’t care. So it stings and burns when the chemicals are applied. And when I leave the salon, it hurts so bad. To touch anything. Any amount of pressure on the nail by touching the nail tips to a surface typing, cooking etc always hurt so bad. I thought I guess that’s just how it is supposed to be. Sorry it’s so long. Bellaviva Spa & Salon is located in the Windward Mall in Kaneohe. I was gifted a spa card from my General Managers and actually forgot that I had it. It has been 2 years. We'll, when I showed up the young lady had never seen me but she clearly acknowledged me by name as I entered the establishment. She was nice enough to contact the business to determine the amount available on my gift card. I was shortly off to my 60 minute Swedish massage with Gordon. What is good about Gordon, he asked me what I wanted him to put extra focus on. With chiropractic care being his primary care in the past. He just found all the kinks and knots in my neck, shoulders and lower back. When I say a full body massage. I felt like jello Gordon was finished. I floated over to the Salon area where I was ready for my pedicure. They had a delicious strawberry lemonade drink waiting for me to enjoy. Sweet Right! My thoughts exactly. As I'm enjoying my pedicure, the tech is dropping all kinds of health benefits from local Hawaiian fruits. Papaya's have extensive nutritional value and health benefits for your digestive tract. Who knew. Then we began to discuss recipes. I've got at least 5 new ones to try. Just good old fashion conversation. This is sincere and genuine because the other 2 techs in the room were doing the same thing with their clientele. Everyone was just talking story. I was so pleased when my self care Friday was completed. I will definitely be back to a Bellaviva Salon to continue my Self Care Massages.
