I was able to walk in and get a quick haircut. My barber, Randy, was very friendly. I'm not one to style my hair but he added a bit of texture and showed me different ways I could shape my hair. He even recommended a couple of products with no obligation to buy anything extra. Overall great service. Very satisfied with my haircut!

Went to the new aiea location. Because it's new they are still trying to figure out bookings and how many workers they need. I was double booked and had to wait a bit, but it didn't bother me. My guy Randy explained everything to me and still delivered and excellent cut. I'm positive they will get everything figured out for minimal wait times and great service.

I called this afternoon and asked if Holly was available to cut my hair, and luckily she was. I made an appointment with her for 2:30 and waited for about 15 minutes while she finished up with another customer. There were three people working and all were wearing masks. I came in wanting to cut off around 12 inches to donate and have it around armpit length. She asked what kind of cut and if I wanted layers, to which I replied just a blunt cut/something low maintenance. When it was time, she asked me to remove the elastic around my ears holding my mask and asked me to hold my mask up with my hands so that my hair wouldn't be stuck between my mask and my ears.
