Owner needs a lesson in business etiquette and professionalism and perhaps streamlining her scheduling protocols. Most importantly, her professionalism is sorely lacking for someone who says she "owns" the business. These research companies should find a replacement.Per the arrogant owners response: "1) I OWN the company. People are on my protocols not the other way around.2) I'm pressing send on this text followed by BLOCK so you can continue to text yourself if you wish. You can text all of your opinions that mean nothing to me. "
I dealt with the owner regarding the intake for a marketing study and she was nothing but rude and belittling. Per the owner "I don't care if you felt it (was) hostile. That's your choice to feel that way. But I wont speak differently to please you. I own the company specifically for the reason that no one can tell me when or how to speak".
