“Had an awesome conversation with Office Manager Drew today. We had purchased a dishwasher (Lowes) which we had also purchased a 3 year warranty. After installation, the dishwasher would shut down pre cycle. Called Lowes who said a repair person would be out Friday. We decided to call the number provided; and Drew answered. She explained that they were not scheduled to come to our home. Bummer. Drew was terrific. She explained that Lowes is a difficult company to provide quality service to for repairs. Being a small business owner; this company and others are in need of partnerships that give them a fair pay in exchange for excellent service. I wish this company only the best and I no longer will buy any appliance at Lowes since the management does not understand Aloha; crating a win-win relationship with our local businesses. Auwe!“
