I called for help and Ethan delivered in spades. Professional, respectful, great follow through and time management. Although my desk top was unable to be repaired, he spotted another older one lying around, and thought to upgrade that one to a fully functioning status, saving me tons of money. Very resourceful, prompt and efficient service. You will not be disappointed.
I had such a wonderful experience with getting instruction to fix .my cell phone problem. Ian talked me through it all til I knew exactly what to do. I am not very tech savvy and try to teach myself, but usually have to ask for some help. I would call him again to get help when I have a question or run into a problem with my computer or cell phone. He is very patient and professional. DLY in Pahoa
