It seemed okay over the phone, he mentioned the normal things like dont feed her before the anesthesia and gave me ways to care for the wounds until the appointment. But once I arrived I was greated by him and his wife (both well over 80 years old) and they started to ask questions repeatedly, like what my name was and what happened to my dog, only 3 or 4 mins apart.
