Studio Zoe is the exact studio I have been looking for! I started out being really shy and intimated by the exercises, but I have been going for a little over a month now and I have noticed a significant difference with my mind/body connection. Zoe’ classes are exactly what my body needed. The combination of Pilates and barre kept the workout fun, low-impact, and toning. I appreciate how Zoe corrects every exercise form without making it awkward, and encouraged everyone at their own level. I genuinely felt a difference in my posture by the end.
