I called united Drain Tech because I needed a faucet and a 3 stage water filter installed at my house. Josiah came to take a look at it and had installed everything needed right away. He was very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He also helped me get my garbage disposal working as well. If you ever need plumbing work done ask for Josiah. I contacted Josiah and left a message. He got back to me within minutes! I told him the problems at my mom’s house & we scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 9am. (It wasn’t an urgent issue) He promptly came to my mom’s house, looked at the problems, gave an estimated & started working! He’s very knowledgeable, professional & treated us like family!!! I woke up to a sewage flood coming from my bathroom, I started calling around and UDT was the only company that would come out at this time, ****** and ***** was amazing, they calmed me down and let me know there going to take care of this problem, it was a emergency so I understand the prices but to be honest it wasn't that expensive like other companies, they pulled my toilet, snaked the main line and cleaned up, Sunny reset my toilet with a new seal and tested, they where done in 2 hours, ****** came back and gave me a free camera inspection in the morning to insure the drain was cleaned.
