Everything was ok. The food was pretty good, the staff were nice, and you had activities to do and school to keep you busy. One thing that made me upset though is the girls there. All I will say is they are not to be trusted. They are not your friends even though they might seem like they are at first. The staff there you’ll probably see are Christina,Cassidy,Dr.D,auntie dezz, and a lot of others. When I first got there though they kept me inside the unit for two weeks, which I don’t really know why..? it’s like they didn’t trust me as much as the others or they thought I was gonna run away, because I remember the other new patients coming and getting to go outside...read full review

I left with so much more trauma than I went in with. I ran away from the facility and when I was caught and brought back the staff were all mad at me and not concerned at all. Some of the staff were incredibly insensitive. We would lounge around all day with barely anything to do. If you refused to go to the "classrooms" to do school work then you were not allowed out of the unit. I was drugged and forced to Kahi from another facility and when I finally woke up at Kahi there was a dead gecko under the "mattress" it was disgusting and smelled horribly. the staff dont care dont do nothing but js sit down, and charles is one of the male staff i went scarp with because he was being rude to me of no reason. He put his hands around my throat and made a mark but ig he had a reason. they strap u down in a chair and put a spit mask on u. I asked for scissors one time and cut but the staff right next to me js went over to the staff desk and told the male staff while i was cutting when she shoudve js took it away but over all kahi is funny but bad at the same time lmao
