Such an AMAZING kick butt workout!!! This class is my newest fitness addiction. It challenges you to push yourself to your limits....I feel so good after I complete a class! Great instructor, location and parking is easily accessible. Give this class a try, I promise you won't be disappointed!!! You'll be addicted after your first class too
I'm so excited to have found this studio close to home. Catherine was so helpful with explaining everything prior to coming for the first time and also made me feel comfortable as a newbie. The studio is clean and there is lots of parking. They also have cold plunge and red light therapy available. I loved my experience so much I decided to get a package to keep coming back!
I just made 69 and want to get healthier and take the longevity challenge! HYPE is a quaint intimate studio in Ewa, right next to Kapolei! Easy access, somewhat difficult to find at first. Best schedule opportunities for both hot yoga and hot pilates... no excuses not to attend. Went to my first HYPE Pilates session and it was a WORKOUT! Great members.... Friendly and helpful. Catherine, owner and instructor... high energy, knowledgeable and provides great feedback for improved results! Expect to WORKOUT! Great investment for a better healthy YOU! Don't think about it, just GO!!!
