HYPE (Hot Yoga Pilates Evolution) offers infrared heated fitness classes in a supportive and inviting atmosphere. The studio features smart, progressive, and innovative technology, bringing world-renowned instructors live to Oahu. Each instructor has at least 15 years of experience and comes from different parts of the world, providing a wealth of expertise. HYPE provides 90-minute 105° Original Hot Yoga classes (also known as Bikram Yoga) and 60-minute 95° Inferno Hot Pilates classes multiple times daily. Clients praise the friendly and helpful staff, especially Catherine, who makes booking easy and smooth. The studio creates a positive, welcoming environment suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. This is such a wonderful little studio. There was plenty of street parking. Catherine is very welcoming and personable. The class itself was a different experience with it being screen guided but not bad. Overall experience was great. Definitely going back.
I’ve always wanted to try a hot yoga class and decided to sign up at H•Y•P•E! The place is tucked in a new developed area which has ample parking on the road side and there are guest parking available as well. The studio was clean and well organized. Others who attended the class were very welcoming and kind and I am grateful for them. The owner of the studio was also very helpful and made sure I was taken care of before the class began!!
This was my first time trying Pilates, and I absolutely fell in love with it! I can’t wait to see how far I progress. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I’m already recommending this place to all my friends.
