About Kona Chips
Kona Chips is a local business known for its delicious and crispy chips. They utilize a special spinning process that reduces oil and enhances the crunchiness of their products. Kona Chips offers a variety of flavors, including furikake and spicy BBQ, made with high-quality ingredients. Customers praise the thick-cut chips that are not greasy and have a pure flavor that complements the seasonings well. The business operates in an unassuming building with a showroom-like atmosphere, showcasing a wide selection of their homemade snacks and other locally produced items. Customers can enjoy watching the chips being cooked through the window next to the showroom. The store has expanded to offer not only their famous Kona potato chips, but also cookies, cracked seeds, cooking seasonings, and a variety of other local snacks, such as beef and seafood jerkies, li-hing candies, and mac nut brittle. Whenever customers spend more than $100, they get to spin a gift wheel and receive a prize, a "pretty slick idea" according to one reviewer. The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the products and passionate about sharing their delicious creations. Customers praise the "young girl" who helped them, and express their regret for not buying more of the "delicious" and "crispy" Kona Chips and beef jerky.

Whenever you spend more than $100, you get to spin a little gift wheel, and you receive that prize. Pretty slick idea.

I thought maybe Maui Potato Chips sold the brand to Kona Chips, or there was infringement going on. Turns out, “Kitch’n Cook’d” is a trademarked franchise name and business model out of Ohio.
